Hello, BULA membership, welcome back, and happy 2010! I have a couple of announcements to make you all aware of. I'll send them in separate emails. The first is that a trip to the movie Avatar is planned for this evening at the 8pm Fenway Regal theater. You may have heard about this via the Facebook group, but in case you haven't, you can RSVP and see the details here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=278672031286 Aim is to meet at the theater by 7:40pm. You might want to consider buying tickets online ahead of time, since the movie is likely to be popular even though it's been out already for a little while. The other announcements I'll send out concern Globally Speaking, the McGill undergraduate conference, and some upcoming Morphology talks next week. -Paul
