Hi, everyone,

I hope it isn't presumptuous of me to send a mass email since I'm not on the e-board, but I have something I want to share, and despite my best efforts I won't be able to make it to the meeting tomorrow night so my means of communication are limited. I work at BU Study Abroad, and we're in the process of revamping the structure of the department's publicity. The result is that I am the guinea pig for our class, student group, and other info sessions and visits, and I thought I'd try out on you all, but I suppose I'll have to save that for another time; however, I do want you all to be aware that there is a fiesta espaņola at the Howard Thurman Center tomorrow afternoon.

I remember from our first meeting that there were others like me who study Spanish, so those of you who are interested in the programs we have in Spain should stop by. It runs from 5 to 6:30 pm; there will be good food and good music (if I have anything to say about it); and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and meet people who have gone, are going, and are thinking about it.

And for those of you who aren't necessarily interested, it will still be a fun event, so drop in and say hi. I'm happy to answer any questions about the Spain programs or about Study Abroad in general; also, if anyone wants to email me anything interesting from tomorrow night's meeting, the effort would be appreciated. And possibly rewarded with baked goods.

Thanks for sticking with me through this long-winded thing I've created. Hope to see you all soon!
