STUDENT WORKSHOP This year, for the first time, we will be holding a special session aimed at students and post-docs. The speaker will be Jeffrey Lidz (University of Maryland). He will be speaking in his capacity as Editor-in-Chief of Language Acquisition: A Journal of Developmental Linguistics, about the publication process. This session will take place from 1-2:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 9th, after the Sunday symposium. PRE-REGISTRATION Preregistration will be open for BUCLD 39 on September 1, and the deadline to pre-register is Tuesday, October 28, 2014. By pre-registering not only will you receive a reduced rate for the conference, but you will also be able to check-in at the registration desk quickly and proceed to the various exciting talks without waiting in line.
